Wimborne Minster Town Council consists of 14 Councillors and is divided into two wards.
The Town Council staff are based in the Town Hall in Wimborne, Dorset.
The Scope
Wimborne Minster Town Council approached us with a desire to move towards a cloud-based IT solution. They had seen and heard a lot about this and felt ready to make the move, keen to improve collaboration between Council Staff and Councillors.
The Solution
Following a full audit of their IT Infrastructure, we recommended moving over to a full cloud solution utilising the benefits of Microsoft 365 and Cloud VoIP.
We also recommended an upgrade to their current hardware to ensure they get the most out of their new cloud capabilities.
Rejuvenate supported Wimborne Minter Town Council in achieving the Government Backed Cyber Essentials Certification. Cyber Essentials provides them with peace of mind that their defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber-attacks.

The office staff at Wimborne Minster Town Council have expressed how their new modernised IT system has streamlined their day to day processes. Their confidence in IT has improved and they are able to focus on improving the services offered by the council to residents.
