Internet that doesn't drop out halfway through the call
Your team can’t work if the connection won’t. We design, install and look after business broadband, leased lines and the network behind them – so your calls stay clear, your cloud apps stay quick, and nobody loses another morning to a spinning wheel.
Engineers based in Bournemouth, looking after businesses across Dorset and Hampshire.
Slow internet doesn't feel like an emergency
It just quietly costs you. A few minutes here, a dropped Teams call there, a file that won’t upload before the deadline.
Across a whole team that adds up to real money – IT interruption costs UK businesses an average of £3,500 an hour. Most of it never gets logged as a fault. It just gets absorbed by people waiting.
Your connection is the one thing every other system sits on top of. Get it right and the rest gets easier.
What we do
Business broadband
Business-grade speed with real support behind it – not a consumer package and a call centre queue.
Business InternetLeased lines
Your own dedicated line, not shared with the street. Guaranteed speeds both ways, with a fix-time commitment.
Check prices at your addressNetwork setup
Switches, cabling, Wi-Fi and firewalls built around your building – so the signal holds up in the far meeting room.
IT InfrastructureManaged connectivity
150+ automated checks every hour, round the clock. We usually spot a problem before your team does.
Leased line or broadband?
Most businesses ask us this first. The honest answer is it depends on what you run over it.
Business broadband suits you if: you’re a smaller team, your usage is mostly email, Microsoft 365 and general browsing, and a short outage is an inconvenience rather than a crisis. Lower monthly investment, shared connection.
A leased line suits you if: you’re heavily cloud-based, you run VoIP phones, you move large files, or an hour offline costs you real money. Dedicated line, guaranteed speed both ways, faster fix times.
Not sure which side you fall on? That’s exactly what the assessment answers – and we’ll tell you if broadband is fine. We’d rather you spent the right amount than the bigger amount.
What good connectivity actually gets you
Cloud that feels local
Microsoft 365, your CRM, your accounts package – all of it lives somewhere else now. A solid connection is what makes them feel like they’re in the building.
Remote and hybrid that works
Clear calls, quick file access, no “you’re breaking up” from the person presenting.
Time back
Nobody re-sends the file. Nobody restarts the router. Nobody waits.
Customers who don't notice your IT
Which is the point. When the connection is right, your service just runs.
Working with us
We’re Bournemouth-based and we come out. Engineers in Bournemouth, not Bangalore – so when something needs someone on site, someone gets in a van.
We support businesses across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and Southampton, and we’ll size the connection to your building, your team and what you’re running – not to a package tier.
If something does go down, you get a real response fast. Our average response time is 15 minutes.
Get an assessment
We’ll look at what you’ve got now, test what you’re actually getting versus what you’re paying for, and tell you plainly whether it needs changing.
No obligation, no pressure, and if your current setup is fine we’ll say so.
Or call us on 01202 237 273 – we’ll give you a straight answer in ten minutes.

Common questions
The things people ask us before they switch – speeds, timescales, and whether they have to hand over their whole IT setup.
If yours isn’t here, ask us. You’ll get a straight answer, not a sales call.
How fast does our internet need to be?
It depends on how many people you have and what they’re doing. A ten-person team on Microsoft 365 and VoIP has very different needs to a design studio shifting large files. We’ll work it out from your actual usage rather than guessing.
Can you improve what we've already got?
Often, yes. A lot of slow connections aren’t a line problem – they’re a network, Wi-Fi or firewall problem. We check the whole path before recommending you buy anything new.
How long does a leased line take to install?
Typically several weeks to a few months, depending on what’s already in the ground near your building. We’ll get you a realistic date up front, and keep your existing connection running until the new one is live.
Do we have to move our IT support to you as well?
No. We’re happy to handle just the connectivity. If you want more later, that’s your call.
Don't take our word for it
Every business we connect has a slightly different problem – a leased line that took too long, a Wi-Fi dead zone nobody could explain, a phone system dropping calls at the worst possible moment.
Here’s how a few of them turned out.
