Good IT is the thing you never notice
Most business owners don’t want to think about IT. They want the laptops to start, the email to arrive, the phones to ring and nobody to lose a morning to any of it.
That’s the job. We look after the technology behind businesses across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the wider South Coast – watching it round the clock, fixing what breaks fast, and heading off most of it before anyone notices.

Small enough to care. Built to do more.
There are two kinds of IT provider most growing businesses end up with. The big one, where you’re a ticket number and the answer comes back in three days. Or the one-man band, who’s brilliant right up until he’s on holiday.
We sit deliberately in the middle. You get a proper team, proper monitoring and proper process – with people who know your business by name and pick up the phone when you ring.
That’s what keeps your business moving: not heroics when it all falls over, but the quiet, unglamorous work that stops it falling over in the first place.
Where to start

Web DesignOr hand the lot to us
Plenty of clients start with one thing and end up with everything, because it’s simpler that way. One number to ring, one team who knows the whole setup, and nobody arguing about whose fault it is.
Managed IT Services → is the fully looked-after option: your systems watched round the clock, updates and patches handled, security monitored, and a regular review that tells you what’s coming rather than what’s already happened.
If you’d rather keep some of it in-house, that’s fine too. We’ll cover the parts you want covered and stay out of the rest.

Website MaintenanceWorking with us
We’re based at Unit 9 Castle Parade in Bournemouth, and we come out. When something needs someone stood in front of it, someone gets in a van.
We support businesses across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Blandford, Ringwood, Southampton and Dorset – from small teams of five to businesses running several sites.
You get a named team who learn your setup, plain answers instead of jargon, and no one-size-fits-all contract you have to grow around. If you don’t need something, we’ll tell you that rather than sell it to you.
Getting started
1. A free IT review
We look at what you’re running now – computers, email, network, backups, security – and tell you plainly what’s fine, what’s fragile and what’s quietly costing you money.
2. A straight recommendation
You get a short, honest write-up and a price. No fifty-slide deck, no pressure, and no charge for the review whether you go ahead or not.
3. We take it on
We get everything monitored, protected and documented, then keep it that way. Most clients notice the difference inside the first month – mainly by how rarely they have to ring us.

Common questions
The things people ask before they switch – contracts, response times, and what happens to the IT person they’ve already got.
Something else on your mind? Ask it. We’d rather answer properly than sell you something.
How quickly do you actually respond?
Our average response time is 15 minutes. Urgent things get picked up faster than that, and you’ll always know who’s dealing with it.
We've already got IT support. Is it worth talking?
Usually, yes – if only to check you’re getting what you’re paying for. The review is genuinely free and there’s nothing to sign at the end of it.
Are we tied into a long contract?
No. We’ll agree what you need and what it’s worth, and you can start smaller and build up if you’d rather we proved it first.
Is it all remote, or do you visit?
Both. Most things get fixed remotely in minutes, which is quicker for everyone. When it needs hands on hardware, we drive to you.
We're a small team. Are we too small for you?
Almost certainly not. Plenty of our clients are teams of five to ten. If we honestly aren’t the right fit, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
Do you look after our website as well?
If you want us to. Web design, web hosting, maintenance and SEO sit with the same team as your IT, so there’s one place to ring when something isn’t right.
What happens if something goes properly wrong?
You ring us and a person answers. We tell you what’s happened, what we’re doing about it and when it’ll be back – then we ring you again once it’s fixed.
Case studies
Every business we take on arrives with something that’s been nagging at them for months – a server on its last legs, a security scare, a website nobody could update, a provider who stopped answering the phone.
Here’s how a few of them turned out.
