Three packages. Pick the smallest one that covers you.
Most IT contracts are written to suit the supplier. Ours are written so you can tell, in about a minute, which one is yours — and move between them when the business changes.
Every package includes the same team, the same phone number and the same 15-minute average response. What changes is how much we take off your hands.
What every package includes
Before the differences, the things that do not change. Whichever package you are on, you get:
- The same helpdesk. One number, answered by engineers in Bournemouth. Our average response time is 15 minutes, and it is the same average on every package — the cheapest one does not go to the back of the queue.
- The same monitoring. 150+ automated checks every hour on every device — disk health, updates, performance, the things that fail quietly — so most of what would have become a ticket gets fixed before anyone raises one.
- A Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence for every user. Email security, device protection and safe file sharing, in the fee rather than quoted as an extra once you have signed.
- Business antivirus and a daily vulnerability scan running alongside the monitoring.
- One predictable monthly fee. No hourly bills, no surprise invoices.
Everything below is what each package adds on top of that.
Essentials
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence for every user
- 150+ automated checks every hour on every device
- Business antivirus and a daily vulnerability scan
- Helpdesk with a 15-minute average response
- Quarterly IT review — what is ageing, what is costing you time, what is coming up
- Fixed monthly fee, no hourly bills
Best if: you want your IT handled for a predictable monthly amount rather than an hourly rate.
Advanced
Everything in Essentials, plus:
- Microsoft 365 sign-ins watched round the clock — odd logins flagged, compromised accounts shut down
- Security awareness training with real phishing simulations, monthly and self-paced
- Daily backup of your Microsoft 365 data — emails, files, Teams chats — and we check it restores
- Monthly IT review instead of quarterly
Best if: a day offline would be a serious matter, and there is client data worth stealing.
Complete
Everything in Advanced, plus:
- A virtual IT director shaping your technology plan with you
- A monthly review that looks a year ahead, not a fortnight
- Security log management (SIEM) across your whole network, not just your devices
- Your systems built to the Cyber Essentials Plus standard, ready for when a tender asks
- Automatic email signatures kept right across every mailbox
- Your work to the front of the queue when something needs to move
Best if: you are using technology to get ahead rather than to keep up.
How to choose, honestly
The step from Essentials to Advanced is not about better support. It is about a different kind of incident.
Essentials keeps your machines monitored, patched and quick to fix. That covers the faults. But the incidents that actually hurt small businesses rarely start with a virus — somebody is phished, their password gets used, and an attacker signs in as them. Your antivirus sees nothing wrong, because technically nothing is. That is the gap Advanced closes: the account, not the laptop.
The step from Advanced to Complete is not about security at all. It is about decisions. The costs that hurt most are usually the server nobody budgeted to replace, the renewal that arrived as a surprise, the system everybody has outgrown. Complete gives you someone senior whose job is to see those coming.
If you are between two, take the smaller one. Moving up later is straightforward, and we would rather you got there when you actually needed it. Tell us how your team works and we will point you at the smallest package that covers it — even if that is Essentials.
Choosing a package, answered
Does the cheapest package get slower support?
No. The 15-minute average response is the same on all three, and you ring the same number and speak to the same engineers. What Complete adds is that your work goes to the front of the queue when something needs to move — not that Essentials goes to the back.
Can we move between packages later?
Yes, and it is normal to. Businesses take on people, move premises and win contracts with new security requirements. Start on what fits now and change it when the business changes.
Is the Microsoft 365 licence really included?
Yes — a full Business Premium licence for every user, on every package, in the monthly fee. It is not quoted as an extra once you have signed. That covers your email security, device protection and safe file sharing.
Why does Advanced include backing up Microsoft 365? Doesn’t Microsoft do that?
Microsoft keeps the service running and replicates your data across its data centres. That is resilience, not backup — keeping a recoverable copy of what is in your tenancy is your responsibility, not theirs. Advanced backs it up daily and we check it restores. More on that in Does Microsoft back up your data?
Does Complete mean we are Cyber Essentials Plus certified?
No, and we would not claim it. Complete builds your setup to the Cyber Essentials Plus standard, so when a tender or an insurer asks, you are not starting from scratch. You still take the assessment — you just go into it already meeting the requirements. Cyber Essentials Plus →
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on how many users you have, because the Microsoft 365 licences scale with headcount. Tell us your team size and we will give you a figure for all three, so you can see the steps side by side rather than one number in isolation.
