We're just a simple phone call away
Sometimes you ring us because something has stopped working. Sometimes you ring because there’s a decision on your desk and nobody to talk it through with – a quote to weigh up, an office move to plan, a renewal you’re not sure you should sign.
Both go to the same number. Both get you a straight answer from someone who has seen your setup and will tell you what they’d do.
More than a decade looking after businesses across Dorset. Advice you can take or leave.

IT Support & Consultancy - help when it breaks, advice before it does
Most IT companies sell you one or the other. You get a helpdesk that fixes what’s put in front of it, or a consultant who writes a document and leaves.
We do both, from the same team, on the same number. The engineer who knows why your server keeps filling up is the one sat with you when you decide whether to replace it.
Most IT decisions get made in a hurry, by someone who'd rather not be making them
The laptop dies on a Tuesday and you buy whatever’s in stock. The licence renewal lands and you tick the same box as last year. A partner sends a quote for something you can’t quite evaluate, so you either sign it or ignore it.
None of those are bad decisions exactly. They’re just decisions made without anyone looking at the whole picture – and they’re the ones that quietly cost you for the next three years.
Consultancy is the other way round. Someone who knows your business sits down with you before you spend anything, and works out what to do next.
What consultancy actually means here
It isn’t a workshop. It isn’t a slide deck. It’s a conversation, and then a short, written, costed list.
We come in, look at what you’ve got, ask what you’re planning, and tell you plainly what we’d change, what we’d leave alone, and what it would cost. You can hand that list back to us, hand it to somebody else, or put it in a drawer. It’s yours either way.
Plenty of the businesses we advise buy nothing from us. That’s fine. Being the people you ring for a second opinion is a good place to be.
What we help people work out
IT strategy and budgeting
What you’ll need to spend over the next one to three years, and roughly when – so it lands in a budget rather than as a surprise.
Choosing between systems
Two products, both plausible, both with a good sales team. We’ll tell you which one fits the way your business actually works.
Planning a move or a fit-out
New premises, new floor, new desks. Cabling, Wi-Fi, phones and connection lead times, worked out before the removal van is booked.
Microsoft 365 licensing
Most businesses are on the wrong mix – paying for features nobody uses and missing ones they need. We go through it line by line.
Cyber security posture
An honest look at where you’d actually be exposed. Not a scare story, a list.
Cyber Essentials
Whether you need the certification, what it takes to pass, and what to fix first if you wouldn’t pass today.
PSTN switch-off and telephony
The old phone lines are going. What that means for your numbers, your handsets and your alarm line, and when you need to have moved.
Disaster recovery planning
What happens if the building floods or the server doesn’t come back on. How long you’d be down, what it would cost you, and what would shorten it.
Growth planning
Doubling your headcount, opening a second site, taking on a bigger client with tougher requirements. What has to change before it does.
A second opinion on someone else's proposal
You’ve been sent a quote. It’s long, it’s technical, and the person who wrote it is also the person who benefits from you signing it.
Send it to us. We’ll read it properly and tell you what it’s actually buying you, what’s missing, and whether the price is sensible. If it’s a good proposal we’ll say so – that happens more often than you’d expect.
What you walk away with
A written picture of what you've got
Machines and their ages, licences, contracts, renewal dates, and where the risks sit. Most businesses have never seen this on one page.
A short list of what to do, in order
Prioritised, with rough costs against each line. Not thirty recommendations – the ones that matter.
A clear line between urgent and later
What needs doing this quarter, what can wait for next year’s budget, and what’s fine exactly as it is.
No obligation attached to any of it
The advice stands on its own. Have the work done by us, have it done elsewhere, or do it yourselves.
Support, when you want that too
Plenty of clients start with a conversation and end up handing us the day-to-day as well. Here’s what that side of it gives you.
Faults that end rather than linger
You ring, an engineer picks it up, and your team gets back to what it was doing.
Expertise you don't have to hire
A whole team’s range of experience, including the specialisms you’d never justify a salary for.
Room to grow into
Take on ten people or open a second site and the support scales with you. No recruitment round, no gap.
Your team back on their own jobs
Nobody in your office becomes the accidental IT person. Nobody loses a Friday afternoon to the printer.
Costs you can put in a budget
Fixed monthly pricing, so IT stops being an unpredictable line in the accounts.
Good tools, quietly running
Monitoring, patching and management platforms doing the dull, repetitive work in the background so nobody has to remember it.
Support, managed services or consultancy?
Three different things, often confused, and the difference is worth ninety seconds of your time.
IT Support
The helpdesk you ring when something breaks. Reactive, fast, and you pay for what you use. A number that gets answered.
IT SupportManaged IT Services
The whole contract. We look after your systems continuously and deal with things before they surface, for a fixed monthly fee.
Managed IT ServicesConsultancy
Advice. Someone who knows your business, sitting down with you and working out what to do next – whether or not you ever buy anything else from us.
Most businesses want one of the three today and a different one in two years. Tell us where you are and we’ll say which it is.
Where to go next
Managed IT Services
For when you’d rather the whole thing was somebody else’s job to worry about.
Managed IT ServicesCyber Security
If the conversation you need is about risk, compliance or Cyber Essentials.
Cyber SecurityCloud Services
If what you’re weighing up is whether to move something off the server in the cupboard.
Cloud ServicesWorking with us
We’re based in Bournemouth and we come to you. That matters more for advice than it does for a fix – you can’t sensibly plan an office fit-out or judge how much life a server has left over email.
We look after businesses across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Blandford, Ringwood, Southampton and Dorset generally. Close enough to be in the building this week.
And we’ll tell you when something isn’t our strength. There are jobs we’ve pointed people elsewhere for. You’d rather hear that from us at the start than find it out later.
…from the first phone call we made in desperation for help, everyone at Rejuvenate IT have been incredibly helpful. Every single member of staff is an absolute credit to the business…
How it starts
1. You ring and tell us what's on your mind
Call 01202 237 273 or email service@rejuvenate.it. A fault, a quote you don’t trust, a move next spring – it doesn’t have to be tidy when you tell us.
2. We come and look
Usually an hour or two on site. We’ll want to see the kit, hear how people actually work, and know what you’re planning. Free, and there’s nothing to sign.
3. You get it in writing
A short document: what you’ve got, what we’d do about it, in what order, at roughly what cost. Then it’s your decision, on your timescale.
Tell us about your business
Prefer to write it down? Fill this in and we’ll ring you back. Tell us roughly what you’re weighing up and we’ll come to the call having thought about it.
Or call 01202 237 273.

Common questions
What people ask before they book a conversation – what it costs, what they’re committing to, and whether we’ll just try to sell them something.
If yours isn’t here, pick up the phone. That’s rather the point of this page.
What does a consultancy session cost?
The first conversation and the site visit are free. If the work that follows needs proper time – a full audit, a migration plan, a disaster recovery exercise – we’ll quote you before we start, from £[price]. You won’t get a bill you weren’t expecting.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The advice is yours regardless. Several businesses we’ve advised took the list and did the work with their existing partner, and we’d rather that than a bad fit.
We've already got an IT company. Is this awkward?
Not for us. Second opinions are a normal part of the job – the same way you’d get a second quote on a roof. What you do with ours is your business.
How long does it take?
A single question – a licence review, a quote to sanity-check – is often one phone call. A full look at a business with a couple of sites is usually a visit and a week or so to write it up.
Do you cover our industry?
We look after businesses of most kinds across Dorset and Hampshire, and we’re straight about it when a sector has requirements we don’t know well enough. Ask, and we’ll tell you either way.
Who actually turns up?
One of our own engineers, from Bournemouth. Not a salesperson with a laptop, and not a subcontractor you’ve never spoken to.
What if it turns out we're fine?
Then we’ll say so, and you’ll have that in writing too. It’s a perfectly good outcome and it happens fairly often.
Start with a phone call
You don’t need to know what you want before you ring. Most people don’t – they know something isn’t right, or something’s coming up, and they’d like to talk it through with someone who won’t blind them with jargon.
That’s the whole job. Ten minutes on the phone usually tells us both whether there’s something worth looking at.
